Welcome Teachers to Convention 2012
On behalf of the SEATCA planning committee we are happy to have finalized the program for this year's convention. Sessions will be available for viewing online by Monday February 7. This year the format has changed to provide teachers with more choice in sessions, including workshops. There will not be a formal opening and closing keynote. Sessions will begin at 9:00am on Thursday morning and close at 2:30 on Friday afternoon.
Cassie Campbell will start convention off by presenting back to back mini-keynote sessions at 9:00am and again at 10:30. If the Theater is full, check out a break-out session and plan for a different time, or choose a workshop or other breakout sessions. The choice is yours. Check the keynotes tab to view all the great mini-keynotes scheduled for this year.
ATTENDEES
Convention is paid for by teachers: Workshop sessions are closed events - for ATA members only. Convention is for teachers' professional development and is both an opportunity and a contractual obligation. Convention closes on Friday at 2:30pm.
