Mission

The mision of the SEATCA is to promote reflective practice and collegiality. Teacher's convention should provide opportunities for teachers to:

• explore their teaching practice,
• review their changing roles in the school,
• converse with peers,
• reflect on their experience,
• become aware of innovations in teaching,
• participate in a discussion of issues,
• participate in activities that support professional development taking place at the local level,
• renew commitment to lifelong learning.
